2. Model History

The First Generation Jaguar XF Or The X250, Made Its World Debut In The Autumn Of 2007 At The Frankfurt Motor Show, With This New Model To Replace The Then Dated Jaguar S Type. Designed By Jaguar's Design Director Ian Callum And Built At Castle Bromwich Assembly Facility In Birmingham, This New Model Was To Bring New Clients From Around The Globe Into The Much Loved Jaguar Family. In 2010 Both Jaguar And The Stratstone Franchise Went Into Perfect Partnership By Offering A Very Limited Edition, With The Creation Of The XFR Stratstone Le Mans Monster. A Total Of Just 50 Cars Came Off The Production Line, With An Equal Split Of 25 White To 25 Black Finish Cars Made, With Each Vehicle Boasting Some Rather Exciting Additions Over A Standard XFR. Still Fitted With The Large Five Litre V8 Engine, Which Produces A Rather Healthy 510 Brake Horse Power That Can Easily Accelerate Its Occupants From 0-62 In Just 4.7 Seconds With An Eye Watering Top Speed Of 155 MPH, But Still With The Comfort Of World Class Jaguar Refinements, That Are Now Renowned Around The World And Feared By Other Prestigious Car Manufactures.
